This £20 million Construction project was a replacement to the original Broughton High school and constructed to accommodate a pupil population of 1200 as well as providing facilities for the local community.
In terms of Cleartech development this project was ground breaking, as it was the first time that Cleartech had offered the combined package of Commissioning, water treatment and L8 ACOP surveys to one of our key clients Crown House Technologies.
Despite program constraints and co-ordination issues, Cleartech engineering team adopted a proactive approach and went “the extra mile” to ensure that the HVAC commissioning, water treatment and chlorination were delivered on program.
All systems were completed to both CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines and documented in a methodical manner to facilitate Independent sign off.
The success of this project has lead to Cleartech providing the combined package of Commissioning and Water treatment services in further significant projects with Crown House Technologies
