Cleartech recently completed another cluster of new build schools for Laing O'Rourke & Crown House Technologies, on time and on budget, re enhancing our commitment to deliver on our promise of cost certainty.
Despite program constraints and co-ordination issues, the Cleartech engineering team adopted a proactive approach and went "the extra mile" to ensure that the HVAC commissioning, water treatment activities, water hygiene chlorination works and L8 ACOP Legionella Risk Assessments were delivered on program.
All systems were completed to both CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines and documented in a methodical manner to facilitate Independent sign off. Recent Schools Completed were:
