Union Square, Aberdeen is a £250 million regeneration project, it is a modern, retail led, mixed use scheme centrally positioned around Aberdeen’s transport hub. Union Square combines a covered mall with a retail park.
The Main Contractor on the project is Miller Construction with Bailey Building Services as the M&E Contractor.
Cleartech have yet again successfully delivered for Baileys, and completed our water treatment and HVAC Commissioning works with October 2009 handover deadlines met.
