Forth Valley acute hospital near Falkirk is currently the largest construction contract in Scotland. This 95000m2 facility has 860 in patient and day spaces and incorporates a full range of acute services. The £300 million flagship contract is being built by the LOR group which includes our client Crown House technologies.
Cleartech have been appointed to the role of Project Commissioning manager, as well as fulfilling all hands on HVAC commissioning and water treatment functions. This project symbolises the synergy in values between Cleartech & Crown House working in partnership to deliver 21st century healthcare facility to specification, on time, with quality and safely.
The early engagement of our management team has determined our role as a key member of the Project delivery team and we continue to work with all stakeholders to ensure that the team delivers a fully integrated facility.
The facility is expected to welcome its first patients in the summer of 2010, with final completion late 2011
